Lakme Salon Rohtak is a top-tier franchisee of the famous Lakme brand, bringing luxury and style together. It’s the ultimate symbol of elegance in Rohtak city, offering an experience of unmatched beauty and sophistication. The salon is all about giving you the best, making each visit a wonderful pampering and beauty experience.
Challenge
This premier salon’s excellence is hindered by an unfortunate location, resulting in untapped potential and a struggle to attract clients. Despite its established brand, the salon’s true essence remains hidden from its target audience.
Even though this salon offers really great services, it’s having a hard time getting clients because it’s in a difficult-to-reach place. The place it’s in right now doesn’t really match how fancy and good it is, so people might not realize how great it actually is.
If the salon moves to a better location where more people can see it, it could do much better and get the customers it should but shifting to a demanding place needed a huge investment which the salon owner couldn’t afford so the only way to get out of this challenge was to try with the digital marketing in a hope to get more clients and become one of the best salon in the city.
Solution
TOF: We ran a Youtube ad campaign and Video awareness campaign on Facebook for the brand awareness. We also ran a Google search campaign with broad keywords to make the searchers land on the website. We also ran post engagement campaigns using detailed targeting. This way we were able to get traffic on our social Facebook and Instagram pages.
MOF: Here, we ran Google ads remarketing display campaign using website visitors as audience. In Facebook ads, after making target audience aware about the brand, we created a video ad custom audience, Facebook/Instagram page visitors custom audience, website visitors custom audience and using these audiences, ran Remarketing post engagement campaigns to get them down the funnel. We also ran a Google search campaign targeted with MOF keywords and competitors’ names keywords.
BOF: At the end, using custom and lookalike audiences, we ran lead generation ad campaigns. These campaigns generated more leads and at a much lower cost per lead. Google search ads with brand keywords and BOF keywords always played the best ROI generator at the bottom of the funnel.
Results
Results we generated were quite at higher side than what we estimated and shared with
Aleah before starting the ad campaigns.
KPIs that we accomplish after 7 months:
Facebook:
Leads Generated = 741
Leads to Sales conversion rate = 11%
Total amount spent: INR 2.14 L
ROAS = 900%
Google Ads:
Conversion Rate = Up to 33.33%
CPC = as low as 23 INR
Cost/Conv.(CPL) = Drops down to 69 INR
Overall:
Leads: A wondrous 112% surge in leads happened within 7 months.
Cost per lead: CPL slashed by over 47%.
