Juni Films is a top independent film studio that cares deeply about what its clients want. They’re known for having special rights to make fantastic movies. They work with different groups that make and distribute movies on their own. 

Juni Films has teamed up with well-known movie studios and famous celebrities to create really unique movies and offer strong branding deals.

 Challenge

  • Old Ways of Promoting and YouTube Trouble:

Before, they used to tell people about their movies and web series using things like ads on TV, famous people supporting them, and putting ads on YouTube. But there was a problem with the YouTube ads. The main challenge with the Youtube ads had with the high cost per view(CPV) and low view rate.

  • Facebook and Instagram Struggles:

When they tried to make interesting things for Facebook and Instagram, it wasn’t easy. They could just show short videos of their songs and parts of their movies, but those didn’t make people really interested or excited. It was hard to get people engaged and interested in what they were showing.

 Solution

  • Reaching the Right People on YouTube:

We made sure to focus on finding the right viewers on YouTube. We created a custom segment audience using Affinity audience and visitors of certain websites & apps where the same audience hang around. This helped us get the higher view rate at a much lower cost per view.

 

  • Making People Love the Movies and Brand:

We had a psychologist on our team who worked with the creative group of the client. Together, they figured out what kind of interesting stuff people like on Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. This helped us make people really like the movies and the brand. So, we got way more likes, shares, and comments from the audience. This made them super fans of the movies and the brand, and it happened a lot more than before.

 Results

Results we generated were shocking for the client.

Facebook/Instagram:

A 210% surge in engagements in terms of likes, shares and comments happened in 3 months.

Youtube Ads:

View Rate = 72%

Avg. CPV = as low as 0.09 INR

Overall:

Achieved a 64% Surge in Views While Slashing Cost per View by 40% and a 210% surge in engagement on social.
