Badhwar Auto is an Indian based automotive brand having 4 dealerships under it: Volkswagen, Renault, Suzuki and Royal Enfield. They started in 1970 with one motorcycle’s dealership and then one by one started other 3 dealerships.
Challenge
Even with impressive showrooms, a dedicated sales team, and a reputation for quality, this brand struggled to match the car sales of its competitors in the same city. The primary hurdles they faced were:
Aleah tried putting ads on Facebook and Google to find more interested people, but it didn’t work well. The people who showed interest didn’t end up joining, and it cost a lot, more than 7 CAD, for each person who did show interest.
Product Awareness: Introducing new products to the local and nearby areas proved challenging. Their new offerings lacked the necessary engagement to drive purchases.
Trust Deficit: Despite exceptional hospitality, their Volkswagen dealership struggled to establish the same level of trust as competitors like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata, and Mahindra in that local area.
Sales Shortfall: Despite investing in offline marketing such as hoardings and online campaigns like Facebook ads, achieving sufficient sales remained elusive, affecting the group’s profitability.
Solution
TOF:
At the top of the funnel, we focussed on product considerations and awareness about the features(USPs) that aren’t present in the competitors’ products. To make that happen we ran the following types of Ads: Youtube Skippable and Non-Skippable Ads, Google Display Ads, Facebook Engagements and Video Views Ads.
MOF:
Here, the focus was to make them visitors and viewers interest in the new and existing car models. In this phase, we ram the campaigns: Google Remarketing Display Ads, Youtube Action Campaigns, Google Search Ads, Facebook Remarketing Engagement Ads.
BOF:
At the end, using custom and lookalike audience, we ran lead generation ad campaigns. The ad campaigns involved here were: Facebook Remarketing Lead Gen ads using custom audiences, Google Search Ads.
